Terms of service

This website is operated by MerryFlare. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products and prices

We make every effort to show our products and their colors accurately. Rhinestones and bows are applied by hand, so tiny differences between pairs are normal. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may cancel any order in case of a pricing error.

Orders and payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify checkout. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Care

Wash MerryFlare jeans inside out on cold and gentle, do not tumble dry and do not iron over the bows or rhinestones.

Returns

Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MerryFlare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
